Christmas Returns

We are offering an extended returns policy over the festive period to give you plenty of time to return your orders to us if needed. Any orders placed from Monday the 25th November can now be returned until the end of January.  

Delivery Information

• Orders placed on weekdays before 2pm will be dispatched same day,
• Orders completed after 2pm will be sent on the next working day.
• Economy Delivery: 2 to 3 Working Days
• Premium Delivery: 1 Working Day

Our most popular delivery service is the Economy 2 to 3 Business Day Service as its the most cost effective.

Premium Delivery is a 1 Business Day delivery but cannot guarantee as couriers invariably let us down.

Remember, our order cut off Time is 2pm so all orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.

PLEASE NOTE: We strongly advise not to book your fitters until you have received your goods 

We also offer Saturday delivery, and delivery to Northern Ireland the Scottish Highlands and other Offshore Islands. These Surcharges are added to the relevant delivery charge.

For shipments outside the UK, please contact us for a quote.

Please note: Drivers are not insured to carry goods up flights of stairs. Goods delivered to flats may be left in the lobby area. Drivers are only insured for kerbside delivery.

Any damaged or incomplete deliveries should be reported to us immediately.
