Timbermate Excel has a low tog rating and as such can be used in conjunction with underfloor heating systems. Excellent moisture resistance. This underlay includes the vapourstop system which makes it suitable for use over concrete sub floors without the use of an additional membrane, when used in conjunction with vapour tape. The vapourstop barrier system is 10 times more moisture resistant than standard polythene. It is manufactured from high density rubber which helps to mask slight uneveness and minor surface blemishes found in sub floors. Timbermate Excel is not suitable over wood block or parquet sub floors. Simple, quick and easy to install.
