How to order

It's easy to order from the Carpet Underlay online shop!

Placing an order is a very quick process that should take you no more than a couple of minutes!

To place your order, please follow these simple steps:

 

Step 1: Find the product(s) you require using the categories on the left

 

Step 2: Select the correct roll size from the drop down menu and click the 'Add to basket' button

 

Step 3: Once you have everything you require in your basket, select the correct delivery option (see terms & conditions for delivery zone and price details) then click the 'Checkout' button.

 

Step 4: Fill in your details for billing (card registered name & address) and delivery and choose a memorable password. If you are an existing customer, please log in.

 

Step 5: Provide any special delivery instructions (if you have any) and tick to agree to our terms & Conditions

 

Step 6: Select your payment method and proceed to payment
That's it! You have successfully placed your order.

You should now be given a unique order number, and we will send you confirmation via email to confirm that the order has been placed.
