The underlay and door strips arrived yesterday, perfect and as expected! For the price I was expecting the Cloud 9 underlay to be some sort of fake, but looks and feels genuine enough to me (ie: Has 'Cloud 9 The Brand Leader' printed all over both product and bag. Also, the door strips arrived nicely packaged with a protective film to stop them scratching. Brill correspondence too and sound really friendly. Certainly not a 'one-man-band' company. Professional advice, great products quick delivery and cheaper than the competition. Would certainly use carpet-underlay-shop again.
