Cush'n'Wood reduces the noise associated with wooden floors. This type of flooring is inherently noisy as it creates an echo chamber between the flooring and the base. Cush n Wood has an impact sound reduction rating (BS 5821) of 25 decibels and has a unique moisture lock to give a residual moisture barrier between the sub-floor and the wooden flooring. Seperate DPM recommended over concrete floors, between the subfloor and the underlay.
